Garden Monsters & Bugs Camp

Service Description

This is an exciting 5-day camp designed for ages 7-18, offering a dynamic blend of wheel throwing and hand-building. Led by skilled instructors, young artists will discover the essentials of ceramics while they create unique, fun projects to take home or give out as gifts. Kids will get to design and create their very own garden art including: a garden planter and a birdhouse! The theme is bugs and monsters, but the sky's the limit for these fun projects! Kids will get artistic freedom to make them as silly or icky as they want! To ensure individualized attention and wheel access, each camp is limited to 7 students. Limited spots ensure individualized attention, this camp guarantees a hands-on and engaging experience. All pieces will undergo bisque firing, followed by a dip in transparent glaze before the final firing. Parents will be notified when the masterpieces are ready for pickup, typically within 2-3 weeks. All sessions are from 9am-12pm and include all materials, a snack and a t-shirt.
