Jewelry & Trinket Workshop
Build your own ceramic jewelry, buttons & trinkets!
Service Description
If you've ever wanted to design your own wearable sculptures and/or enjoy working on small details, this workshop is a wonderful introduction to the craft, where you'll be able to take home your own jewelry or small trinkets! Bring ideas, inspiration, drawings and designs to the workshop, and the instructor will work with you to bring it to life. We'll be providing stoneware clay, high-fire wire, and glazes to accent the piece(s) in whatever way you see fit--the backings, hooks, chains, etc. will have to be bought separately after the pieces have been processed. While these workshops are primarily designed for all-ages, young children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Your finished pieces will be fired and ready for pickup within 30 days of the workshop date. All workshops require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met 48 hours before the workshop, registered participants will receive a cancellation notification. They will be given the option of a full refund, the choice of another workshop of equal value, or the chance to invite friends to reach the minimum. Participants can continue to book until the start time of the workshop. We maintain a maximum of 12 participants per workshop to ensure ample workspace and personalized instruction.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation: Students must provide a minimum of 3 days' notice for canceling their enrollment in a class or workshop to receive a refund. Cancellations should be communicated to the Studio via email, phone, or other designated communication channels. Refunds and Rescheduling: The Studio does not offer refunds or price reductions for missed sessions of classes. In case of a no-call no-show, where a student fails to attend a class without prior notification, no refunds or reschedules will be provided. If a student contacts the Studio at least 24 hours prior to a workshop, they may be eligible to reschedule their attendance for another available workshop. If the Studio cancels a class or workshop, students will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund. Refund Process: Refunds for orders placed through the Studio's website will be processed, minus a 3% credit card fee deduction. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in the student's account. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and not all refund requests will be granted, depending on the amount of notice and type of class or workshop. Website Orders: Refunds can only be made for orders placed through the Studio's website. Other forms of payment or registrations may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the circumstances and policies in place. Please note that this is a general guideline for Wildwood Green Arts's class cancellation policy. The specific terms and conditions may vary, and it is advisable for students to review the detailed policy provided by the Studio or consult with Studio staff for any clarifications.
