Service Description

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, these workshops are designed for all skill levels. Each workshop focuses on a different hand-building project, allowing you to explore various techniques and styles. Our Hand-building Workshops provide a supportive and inspiring environment to hone your craft. These workshops are primarily designed for adults, but teens and kids are welcome when accompanied by an adult.Your finished pieces will be fired and ready for pickup within 30 days of the workshop date. Explore the projects listed below and reserve your seat today. Please note that all participants must sign up prior to the project, as walk-in participants may be turned away due to limited space. Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation: Students must provide a minimum of 3 days' notice for canceling their enrollment in a class or workshop to receive a refund. Cancellations should be communicated to the Studio via email, phone, or other designated communication channels. Refunds and Rescheduling: The Studio does not offer refunds or price reductions for missed sessions of classes. In case of a no-call no-show, where a student fails to attend a class without prior notification, no refunds or reschedules will be provided. If a student contacts the Studio at least 24 hours prior to a workshop, they may be eligible to reschedule their attendance for another available workshop. If the Studio cancels a class or workshop, students will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund. Refund Process: Refunds for orders placed through the Studio's website will be processed, minus a 3% credit card fee deduction. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in the student's account. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and not all refund requests will be granted, depending on the amount of notice and type of class or workshop. Website Orders: Refunds can only be made for orders placed through the Studio's website. Other forms of payment or registrations may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the circumstances and policies in place. Please note that this is a general guideline for Wildwood Green Arts's class cancellation policy. The specific terms and conditions may vary, and it is advisable for students to review the detailed policy provided by the Studio or consult with Studio staff for any clarifications.
