Service Description

Continue to practice wheel throwing techniques needed to create decorative and functional ceramic works of art. We'll continue to explore wedging, centering, shaping by pulling and lifting, trimming, handles, glazing, basic surface decoration, and more. For Students that have taken Intro to Wheel Throwing at WGA or an equivalent class somewhere else. Includes: Use of pottery wheels, studio tools, studio glazes, kiln firings, class clay, and shared shelf space. Join us to practice and improve the fundamentals of wheel throwing, an essential technique for creating both decorative and functional ceramic artworks. In this class, we will cover various skills such as wedging, centering, shaping through pulling and lifting, trimming, handle construction, glazing, and basic surface decoration. During the class, you will have access to pottery wheels, studio tools, a large selection of glazes, kiln firings, class clay, and shared shelf space. Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need to unleash your creativity. After the completion of the class, your pieces will be fired and ready for pick up, you will receive an email once your piece has finished being processed.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of Rescheduling: Rescheduling should be communicated to the Studio via email, phone, or other designated communication channels. Please included the time and date for rescheduling if know, otherwise a credit can be given and reused later. Refunds and Rescheduling: The Studio does not offer refunds or price reductions for missed sessions of classes. In case of a no-call no-show, where a student fails to attend a class without prior notification, no reschedules will be provided. If the Studio cancels a class or workshop, students will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund. Refund Process: Refunds for orders placed through the Studio's website will be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in the student's account. Please note that this is a general guideline for Wildwood Green Arts' class cancellation policy. The specific terms and conditions may vary.
